How it works

Set it up once. It runs every morning.

EZ Wins connects to your DMS and does the rest. Here's how it works, start to finish — and how we keep your data safe along the way.

The process

Four steps to a drive that runs itself.

Connect your DMS

You approve EZ Wins through your DMS's own access controls — certified, dealer-authorized, and read-only by default. Nothing happens without your consent, and we never touch your customers' personal information.

Send us your team

Give us your user list and your advisors' DMS IDs. We set up everyone's logins and tie each advisor's name to their data coming out of the store.

We map your data

Our analysts work with our AI systems to accurately identify and set up your op codes and parts — standardized so an alignment is an alignment and a boost is a boost, across every store.

Your numbers update daily

Every night the job runs and pulls the previous day's closed repair orders. When you walk in with your coffee, yesterday's numbers are already waiting for you.

Data security

Your numbers in. Your customers' data untouched.

EZ Wins connects through your DMS's own certified partner program — a one-way, read-only feed of service repair-order data. We can't write to, change, or delete anything in your system, we have no access to your dealership's network, and you can shut the feed off anytime. There's no new doorway into your systems.

What we never pull

The feed contains zero customer personal information. We never receive:

  • × Customer names
  • × Addresses
  • × Phone numbers or email addresses
  • × Social Security numbers or dates of birth
  • × Driver's license numbers
  • × Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs)
  • × Any payment, credit-card, or financing information

What we do pull

Only the operational service data that powers your reporting: RO numbers and dates, op codes, service descriptions, pay type, labor and parts sales/costs/hours, part numbers, discounts, RO totals, and the advisor and technician IDs tied to the work.

How it's protected

  • Formal security program. Built around the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and designed to support your dealership's obligations under the FTC Safeguards Rule (GLBA).
  • Encrypted and access-controlled. Data travels over an encrypted connection into secure, access-controlled AWS infrastructure.
  • One-way and read-only. We can't change anything in your system, and you control the feed.
  • Used only for your reporting. Never sold. The only outside access is a reporting login for partners your dealership approves, like MOC Products — and they see reports, never your raw data.

We're happy to talk directly with your IT, security, and compliance teams — provide documentation, complete vendor security questionnaires, or walk through any technical questions on request.
