What this policy covers
This policy covers www.ez-wins.net — the website you're on right now. When we say “EZ Wins,” “we,” or “us,” we mean EZ Wins, Inc.
It doesn't cover the EZ Wins platform or our Warranty Uplift service. How we handle dealership data there is governed by the agreement each dealership signs with us. There's a short summary below, and more detail on our How it works page.
Information you give us
The only place on this site that asks for your information is the demo request form. It asks for:
- Your name
- Your dealership
- An email address or phone number — whichever you'd rather be reached on
- An optional note
- Whether you want a demo or a free warranty analysis
When you submit the form, your details are sent to us through Formspree, a form processing service. If that isn't available, the form opens a pre-filled email in your own mail app instead — nothing is sent until you hit send.
If you email or call us directly, we get whatever you choose to include — usually your name, how to reach you, and what you're asking about.
We use this information to respond to you and to follow up about EZ Wins. That's it. We don't sell it.
Information collected automatically
Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages get visited. It's built to be privacy-friendly: it doesn't use cookies, it gives us aggregated page-view data (things like which pages were viewed, the referring site, country, browser, and device type), and it doesn't track you across other websites.
Hosting. This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard server log information — such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and when — to deliver the site, keep it secure, and keep it running.
Fonts and scripts. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, and a small scrolling script loads from unpkg. To deliver those files, those providers receive your IP address and basic browser information, the same way they would on any site that uses them. Their handling of that information is covered by their own privacy policies.
No ad tracking. We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't sell or share your information for targeted advertising.
Dealership data on the EZ Wins platform
If your dealership uses EZ Wins, here's the short version. Your dealership's agreement with us is what governs — this is just a summary.
- Dealer-authorized and read-only. EZ Wins connects through your DMS's own certified partner program — a one-way, read-only feed. We can't write to, change, or delete anything in your system, we have no access to your dealership's network, and you can shut the feed off anytime.
- No customer personal information. The feed contains none. We never receive customer names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses, Social Security numbers or dates of birth, driver's license numbers, Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs), or any payment, credit-card, or financing information.
- Only operational service data. RO numbers and dates, op codes, service descriptions, pay type, labor and parts sales/costs/hours, part numbers, discounts, RO totals, and the advisor and technician IDs tied to the work.
- Your team's logins. To set up the platform, your dealership gives us its user list and advisors' DMS IDs so we can create logins and tie each advisor's name to their numbers.
- Protected. Our security program is built around the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Data travels over an encrypted connection into secure, access-controlled AWS infrastructure.
- Used for your reporting. Dealership data is used to deliver your dealership's reporting, and it's never sold. The only outside access is a reporting login for partners your dealership approves, such as its distribution partner MOC Products — and those partners see reports, never your dealership's raw data.

How we share information
We don't sell personal information. We share it only in these cases:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run this site and respond to you — hosting (Vercel), form processing (Formspree), and email. They get only what they need to do that job.
- Partners your dealership approves. For dealership data on the EZ Wins platform, the only outside access is a reporting login for partners the dealership approves, such as its distribution partner MOC Products. Those partners see reports, never the dealership's raw data.
- Legal requirements. When the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order, or when needed to protect the rights, safety, or property of EZ Wins or others.
- Business transfers. If EZ Wins is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that deal.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of our conversations with your dealership. When we no longer need them, we delete them. Analytics data is aggregated, and hosting logs are kept by Vercel under its own retention practices.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, and this site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. That said, no method of sending or storing information over the internet is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Just email blake@ez-wins.com. We may need to confirm it's really you before we act on a request.
Don't want to use the form? You don't have to — you can call or email us directly instead.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. For example, California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), where it applies — including the right to know, correct, and delete personal information, and the right not to be treated differently for using those rights. Children
This website is for businesses. It isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
